Roadmap

Where we see our solution in the future

In the shortterm, next six months, we see our ecosystem adjusting to incorporate question phrasing and branding to build trust in it's rollout phase.

In the next phase, one to two years, we see addition of features which focus on connection to human operators as technology and contextual awareness advances.

Longterm, three to five years, there is space for extension of Gov AI's developed solution into the PA Government system and increased support for language and accessibility needs.

Equity and Extension

Embedding our design with principles in mind

We envision our solution ecosystem to promote equity as it is extended to meet Gov AI's short and long term goals.

As part of our vision we see 5 pillars focusing on Equity and Extension. We'll highlight these individually below.

Human Support

Bring humans into the loop when relevant to augment technology. To capture special cases for eligibility, it is important to hand-off to human support.

Expand Languages

Provide language support with translation when available. For example, we see potential for translation to assist non-native English speakers.

Speech Detection

Be compassionate and open to different speech styles (e.g. impediments or accents). Consider support modes of non-voice interaction.

Accessibility

Prioritize accessibility for applicants who rely on hearing, vision, or mobility aids.

Tech Literacy

Meet people where they are at and not rely on applicants being tech savvy.
